 Founders of Tommy Bahamas, Tony Margolis and Bob Emfield envisioned a character named Tommy who is an island guy cruising through life.  Basing off on beach lifestyle concept. Margolis and Emfield started the clothing line. Today, there are over 160 retail stores and 18 restaurants under the same name.

After the inception, Tommy Bahamma has branched out to not only retail, but also accessories, food, household items, gifts and beachwear befitting the beach lifestyle concept. 

 Here in Hawaii, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar is located in Waikiki. Retail is located on the first floor of the restaurant and another Tommy Bahama retail is in Ala Moana Shopping center, but the latter does not have a restaurant. Tommy Bahama in Waikiki is located at the center of Kalakaua Ave and Beachwalk. It is a three-story building; retail on the first floor, restaurant on second, and rooftop bar on third. The restaurant is known for classic Western dishes made from local produce and seafood with Hawaiian flavor added.

Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar is perfect for all social events, including bridal showers, wedding parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
