Cinnamon's Restaurant

Cinnamon’s Restaurant was founded in March 1985 by Puna Nam, Cricket Nam [R.I.P.], and chef/partner Carsie Green. Their mission was to nourish the community with excellent food, at reasonable prices, served with genuine Aloha. For the past 39 years, they have been fortunate to continue their work, driven by dedication, sacrifice, and a commitment to excellence in Hawaii.

Throughout their long journey, they have learned and grown, and with recent renovations and improvements, Cinnamon’s Kailua is ready for another 40 years. The restaurant offers innovative local favorites like Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi Eggs Benedict, Warm Ginger Chicken Loco Mocos, and Liliko’i Chiffon Pancakes, while still serving classic island dishes such as housemade Corned Beef Hash, Banana Pancakes, and Hawaiian Plates. Guests can enjoy these dishes in a setting that feels like a cozy grandmother’s home.
