The founder, Wolfgang Zwiener, applied the expertise he gained from working as the head waiter for over 40 years at the famous Peter Luger Steak House in New York directly to Wolfgang Steakhouse.
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse made its international debut in Tokyo in 2014, bringing its perfected flavors from New York, Miami, and other cities. The restaurant uses only the highest quality USDA Prime beef, which undergoes a dry-aging process in an in-house aging room.
