Off The Hook Poke Market offers different flavors of poke that you won't find anywhere else on the island. They are located across Manoa Marketplace in the green building with Starbucks and Andy's Sandwiches. Besides poke, they also have shave ice. They have tables set up so you can eat inside or sit outside on East Manoa Road. The parking lot is behind the building but some of the spaces are tight. If the lot is full, you can park inside Manoa Marketplace.
