Liliha Bakery, which opened in 1950, is a full-service bakery and coffee shop with a dedicated following. Since its inception, Liliha Bakery has been committed to baking fresh cakes and pastries using local ingredients. Experienced bakers, some with over 40 years of experience, adhere to traditional baking methods, ensuring that all products are made from scratch.
Liliha Bakery began expanding in 2014 with a second location on Nimitz Highway, followed by a third location at Macy’s in Ala Moana Shopping Center in March 2019, and a fourth location at International Market Place in Waikiki in November 2021. After celebrating its 72nd anniversary, the bakery opened its first Central Oʻahu location in August 2022, marking its fifth and final expansion.
In addition to its iconic pastries and local dishes, Liliha Bakery is dedicated to providing special celebrations. The original Kuakini and Pearl City locations offer custom-designed cakes with airbrushing techniques. At Liliha Bakery, the aroma of fresh chantilly fills the air, counter seating allows customers to view the creation of famous local dishes, and there is a selection of over 150 baked goods.
