Romanos Macaroni Grill is a popular Italian-style chain with about 205 restaurants around the world. The first restaurant was founded in 1988 by Philip J. Romano in Leon Springs, San Antonio, Texas. There are two Romano's Macaroni Grill restaurants in Hawaii. One is in the Ala Moana Shopping Center in Oahu and the other in Queen's Market Place in Big Island.
