Chef Bernard, originally from Zurich, Switzerland, began his culinary journey under the guidance of his grandfather, Goseph Peissard, a successful restaurateur and private chef to Charlie Chaplin. With a career spanning over 30 countries, Chef Bernard has brought his extensive global experience to his own restaurant, which he opened in 1996.
