Midnight Bear Breads is a charming artisan bakery nestled on the picturesque island of Kauai, Hawaii. Since 2012, Ursa Swift and Evan McAfee have been delighting locals and visitors alike with their handcrafted breads from their bakery in Hanapepe. Initially, they offered their artisanal creations at farmers markets and retail stores across the island. In 2015, they expanded to a full-fledged bakery, where they now serve a range of freshly baked goods including artisan breads, croissants, sandwiches, paninis, pizzas, and coffee, all made on-site.
