Reno Henriques, the chef and owner of Fresh Catch, has realized his dream of owning an “Island Style” seafood and meat deli. This “one-stop” poke picnic and tailgating deli offers a variety of dishes prepared with seafood and meats in the island style.
Reno Henriques graduated from St. Louis High School and the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. Growing up by the ocean, he developed a passion for fishing, diving, and preparing seafood dishes.
Over the years, he has worked diligently to perfect his local style dishes. Fresh Catch provides residents and visitors with fresh seafood and meats prepared in an island style.
Currently, Fresh Catch operates three locations in Kapahulu, Kāneʻohe, and Pearl City, offering delicious local-style meals and poke. Plate lunches and platters are also available.
