After immigrating to Hawaii, Lam’s Kitchen longed for the beef flank look fun they loved in Guangdong, China. They wanted to bring the authentic taste and texture of look fun to Hawaii and share it with everyone.
The family opened their first restaurant, Lagoon Chinese Restaurant, near the airport in 2002. After years of hard work and learning through experience, they were able to open their second family restaurant, Lam’s Kitchen, in Honolulu’s Chinatown in 2009. Lam’s Kitchen continues to handmake look fun daily to satisfy their loyal customers.
