Known for its fusion of Hawaiian and American styles into Pacific Rim cuisine, Chef Chai’s restaurant has been recognized as one of Honolulu’s top dining spots by various prestigious magazines and media outlets.  To strengthen ties with Hawaii’s local farmers and fishermen, Chef Chai co-founded Hawaii Island Chefs (HIC).
