Poke & Box Introduction
Poke & Box offers fresh and delicious poke, utilizing Hawaii's rich marine resources. Every morning, we purchase fresh ahi (yellowfin tuna) caught in Hawaiian waters from the local auction to create our poke bowls. We also feature a variety of seafood, including fresh salmon from the Pacific Northwest, tasty scallops from Hokkaido, Japan, and juicy shrimp from Vietnam.
In addition to traditional sides like cucumber and avocado, we provide a range of popular Asian sides such as kimchi daikon, daegu (spicy cuttlefish), edamame, and Okinawan sweet potato. Our sauces are handmade and range from mild to very spicy. At Poke & Box, you can create your own custom poke bowl and enjoy a unique and flavorful experience.
