Ringer Hut began in Nagasaki in 1963 with a restaurant named "Tonkatsu Hamakatsu." Today, the chain operates approximately 100 Tonkatsu Hamakatsu restaurants and over 600 Ringer Hut restaurants across Japan. The name Ringer Hut is derived from Frederick Ringer (1838–1907), a renowned British merchant and long-term resident of Nagasaki.
Since its inception, Ringer Hut has consistently used fresh ingredients to provide high-quality, delicious meals, focusing on offering healthy food that customers can enjoy with peace of mind. Currently, Nagasaki champon and sara-udon are loved throughout Japan. As in the past, Ringer Hut will continue to strive to enhance its quality and service, so that people overseas can also enjoy Japanese cuisine.
Nagasaki champon is a healthy, delicious dish with a well-balanced nutritional profile. Ringer Hut's goal is to make it a daily food choice for people around the world.
