Herringbone Waikiki first opened in La Jolla, California. Celebrity chef Brian Malarkey wanted to bring ocean to table concept when he was the founding executive chef of Herringbone. Through his guidance, Herringbone had a fanstastic start and successful business that three more were opened in Santa Monica, Las Vegas and Waikiki. Herringbone aims to serve the freshest seafood, meat and vegetables. It's mission is to deliver the healthiest taste and therefore, fresh and organic ingredients from Mari's Gardens are used to prepare the dishes.
