Chef and owner Seiji Kumagawa established Sushi Sasabune in 1997 with the vision of delivering an authentic 'Omakase' sushi experience in Hawaii. At Sushi Sasabune, there is no menu, and soy sauce is not provided at the table. Each course is prepared to be enjoyed as is, with all seasoning and garnishing already applied. The 'Omakase' experience here is tailored to each customer, with no set price or fixed options.
