Honolulu Sushi

Honolulu Sushi is a family-owned business established in Hawaii in 2015.

Since then, they have been serving Hawaiian-style sushi, also known as "Hawaiian sushi" or "Hawaiian poke sushi." This fusion cuisine combines traditional Japanese sushi with the flavors of Hawaiian poke (pronounced "poh-kay"), which traditionally consists of diced raw fish marinated in soy sauce and other seasonings.

At Honolulu Sushi, you can often find a variety of fresh fish, such as tuna, salmon, or yellowtail, presented as nigiri (a small mound of rice topped with a slice of fish) or maki sushi (sushi rolls).
